CAPTION

Safety procedures

First, sit down with your head tilted slightly forward.

Press the side of the nose where the blood is coming out with a finger, preferably with a handkerchief soaked in cold water or with an ice cube. Cold and pressure facilitate blood clotting.

If you do not improve within 15 minutes, you should go to the nearest Emergency Room.
