Every year, millions of calls are selected by the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) present on the territory. In fact, not all calls correspond to a real emergency requiring the intervention of the competent authorities.
Thanks to this important "filter" function, rescue organizations can manage, more efficiently, only real emergency calls.

Incoming calls are divided into forwarded calls and filtered calls. The value of the service lies in sorting out the calls so as not to overload the phone lines of the agencies, giving priority to actual emergencies.
